All Items are shipped using Express Post and charges are $13 whether it is 1 item or 100, please allow one day for processing/packaging and 1-3 days (more in remote areas) for arrival. You will be provided with a Tracking Number once your item is sent and you will see this in your account. Please provide us with a valid email address as this is automated. RETURN POLICY - If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, the item is damaged or the item doesn't fit you well you have 7 days in which to return the item at your own cost. We can either refund, exchange or offer a store credit for your next purchase. This will be available once we have received the item in its original packaging. We do not reimburse for postage costs unless we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item. Please provide a return, addressed postage bag if you are wanting an exchange on an item.
